A Great Place To Start With Java and Java EE
http://www.javaranch.com/ is one of the oldest Java resources on the internet. It has a dedicated Java EE / EJB section (with CDI / JSF 2 contents). Forums are also a great place to start the morning :-).

The JavaRanch is also a good place to find information about the Java certifications. Ranchers like Mikalai Zaikin published study guides at the JavaRanch which are helpful to pass Java exams. The JavaRanch gives you additional links to certification sources for the exam preparation.
