A List of Interesting Swing Applications (...and Jake2 :-))

Before deciding between Swing and SWT or Eclipse RCP and Netbeans RCP I'm often asked for some samples for Swing apps.
There are already some impressive applications like: aerith and looking glass (it is almost swing :-)) but they are not "mainstream".
At the Sun's destop site a long list of different Swing applications is available. The application Jake2 is neither Swing, nor mainstream but very interesting :-).

Comments:

these successful Swing apps come to mind:

BlogBridge http://www.blogbridge.com/
JAlbum http://jalbum.net/
jEdit http://www.jedit.org/
AutoFocus http://www.aduna-software.com/
Jajuk http://jajuk.sourceforge.net/
LimeWire http://www.limewire.com/

LimeWire is definitely "mainstream", it might even be the most popular P2P client on the planet ... JAlbum is also very popular so it is also "mainstream" ... in fact, all these apps have enough exposure to be long term successes ...
