Interesting announcement: Glassfish V3 Can Run On Equinox

Sitting now in an interesting talk about new features of Glassfish v3 session. The speaker (Ludovic Champenois) mentioned that since today (18.03.2009) Glassfish v3 is able to swap the OSGI implementation and run e.g. on Equinox. So far it seems to be the first server, which is able to do this.

I don't think so. I drunk with the developer one beer and one soda :-) - it's more a POC of modularity. Its only a good think in case GF is able to swap the internal kernel...

Rumors are really good for the stock price :-)

lets hope that. Maybe I am to pessimistic but they are currently far to many indications that there is something going on behind the scenes.
The next days will show.
