In eclipse the editor suggest you not only the types (and provides imports if necessary) but also it also derives and suggests the name from the type in camelcase fashion. Sample: ConfigurationItem eclipse's suggestions: item, configurationItem.
This functionality is very useful and it speed-ups the development. Netbeans provides similar functionality with the same keystrokes (strg+space), but it does not suggest you the names. I think it is not a big deal to enhance the editor to provide such a functionality (perhaps it is already there, but with different key-bindings) - it would be great to see the functionality in Nebeans 6.0 or even 5.5.
