SOA + Soft Skills - OOP Conference Afterglow
I gave my first softskills talk ever at the OOP conference today about building dream teams. It was more a story telling session - but it seems like some of the attendees could share my experience. It was actually fun. Yesterday I gave a talk with the title "How To Kill A SOA Project", and right after the session an attendee told me about his project is in danger now - just because of my talk :-). We clearified that fortunately. Btw. this talk was based on this post.
What amazed me was the huge number of attendeed. I went into Tom DeMarco's session (actually keynote)- the huge room was just packed with attendees.
