So, it sounds as it is possible to trademark the same term in different contexts (sort of "name spaces" in trademarks). I didn't know that.

Huh, coffee in teabags...? I came across that page too a while ago and thought the same thing. It's like Apple Music and Apple Computers. I bet they did that on purpose... :-P
